Research into Film Websites

Jumanji Welcome to the Jungle
Their website has loads of interactive content on it immediately on their website at the top it shows their social media which gives their audience a good opportunity to talk and know more about the film.
As well as this there are tons of options of where you can purchase and play their film. Our group didn't take any inspiration from this part as we weren't selling our film, however, its a very cool interactive part to have on the website.

There is another part of their website main page where you can take a picture with your facebook messenger camera and it unlocks a hidden interactive piece of content on your phone.

Further down the homepage, you are able to play the game Rhino Run. Obviously, our group couldn't do this by none the less this idea is very unique from the website designers.

Jurassic World
This website gives a lot of inspiration to what we put on our group website as it has a picture presentions which automatically plays on the home page. And on our group website, we saw this on quite a few websites and thought it would be a great addition, allowing the viewers to have pictures and texts related to out interactive film, playing on the home page.

Its tabs on the home page are very cool as you can click on them it changes colour and takes you to videos, games etc. Which is very nice and unique especially as it isn't situated at the top like most of the other websites. We didn't take any inspirations from this as we couldn't figure out how to add pictures and images to click on instead of just the words.

Black Panther - Marvel website
Their website is broken up into sections on their homepage, so they've got videos, news, Bring Wakanda Home and More Movies sections all on the home page. Our group used this as inspiration and tried it out on our own website by splitting up the images and writing on the home page, making it more professional as it looked very good on the Marvel website.

As well as this their tab bar is at the top of the page and like on almost every other website we looked at it looks best at the top so we also decided to put our tab bar at the top of the page, unlike the Jurassic world tab which is towards the middle of the homepage.

The Commuter
Their website is very different to the others we looked at as this website has their trailer playing in the background of their website, as well as this in the entirety of the background you can also scroll to play other clips and explore more of the films photo's and hidden messages they leave in there, which is a very nice interactive part of their website I feel.

Their social medias are along the side of the home page vertically which our group found to be a very good place to put them as they kind of stand out and doing get too much in the way of other things in the website, as if we put our social medias in the centre of the page it will look unprofessional so we took some inspiration from The commuter's website to allow our website to get that more professional feel and look to it.
